LEASE FORMS
If you are leasing a horse, you will need to;
- Choose a Lease Form — Option 1 or Option 2. See the descriptions below for what each option covers.
- The RAS form needs to be completed and emailed to [email protected]. There is a fee payable to RAS for this service.
- The NZSBA form needs to be completed and emailed to [email protected]. There is no fee payable.
- Forms will not be accepted unless filled out correctly and in full.
- Lease forms must be carried alongside your NZSBA Showing Passport and RAS Height Certificate at all times.
Option 1 (NZSBA)
(Both names to be listed on show entries and show catalogues.) NZSBA Lease: this lease acknowledges both the Lessor and Lessee and is not registered with RAS. There is no fee associated with this lease; however, it does require both parties' names to be listed on entry forms, catalogues etc. This form needs to be completed in full and emailed to NZSBA at [email protected].
Option 2 (RAS)
(Lessee only to be listed on show entries and show catalogues.) NZSBA & RAS Lease: this lease acknowledges only the Lessee and is registered with RAS. Both forms need to be completed and emailed to NZSBA at [email protected]. The forms will be processed and forwarded to RAS, who will register the lease. A fee is payable to RAS for this service. This lease allows only the Lessee to be named on entry forms, catalogues etc. Fees are paid directly to RAS by the Lessee.
