The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the N.Z. Standardbred Breeders’ Association Incorporated (The Association) will be held at Spectators, Addington Raceway, Jack Hinton Drive, Christchurch on Thursday 17thDecember 2020 at 3pm immediately followed by the AGM for the Canterbury Standardbred Breeders Assn.


BUSINESS 


  1. Apologies - email [email protected]

  2. To confirm the Minutes of the 2019 AGM (ATTACHED) & SGM (ATTACHED)

  3. To receive the annual report of the Chairman

  4. To receive the 2020 audited financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2020

  5. To appoint an auditor

  6. To consider any items of general business

Drinks and refreshments will follow the CSBA AGM at approximately 4pm
